Russia, being a terrorist state, continues to adhere to the tactic of "repeat strikes". The occupiers wait for rescuers to arrive at the attack sites after shelling and strike again.
On July 6, Russians attacked SES employees who were dealing with the aftermath of previous attacks in Kharkiv and Kherson. Details were disclosed by the State Emergency Service.
Thus, in Kharkiv, the invaders attacked with drones at night, causing fires. When SES personnel arrived to extinguish one of the fires, the Russians struck again.
"A fire engine was damaged. The personnel were not injured as they managed to take cover in time," the statement said.

A similar attack on rescuers in Kherson occurred in the morning when they arrived to extinguish a fire at a gas station caused by the first shelling.

"During the fire extinguishing, the enemy deliberately attacked the rescuers again. As a result of the strike, a tanker was damaged. The personnel and civilians were not injured," the SES reported.
