Russians advanced again in the Zaporizhzhya region. They captured the village of Lobkove and took new positions near Stepne.

Thus, the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ salient in the Lobkove area has been eliminated.

Earlier, Russian forces advanced in the neighboring village of Kamyanske on the road to Zaporizhzhya.

Near the borders of the Dnipropetrovsk region, the Russians captured the village of Piddubne and advanced further south near Rivnopil.

According to the Ukrainian military observer Bohdan Myroshnykov, the situation for the Ukrainian Armed Forces continues to deteriorate in the Novopavlivka direction.

«After capturing the village of Yalta, the enemy very quickly occupied the village of Zirka and reached the western bank of the Mokri Yaly River south of Hrushivske. The result — actual control over the villages of Tolstoy and Piddubne.

From the same triangle (Filiya–Hrushivske–Yalta), the village of Filiya remains virtually the only one under control. Hrushivske is still under control, but its significance is completely nullified by the advance towards Piddubne. The village of Filiya is only 2 km away from Novopavlivka — the largest settlement in this area.

The enemy also achieved success in the area of Vilne Pole and Zelene Pole. This is already effectively the direction towards Huliaipole, where activation is also observed.

The situation in this entire direction is very difficult. It has not yet been stabilized», writes Myroshnykov.
