The military shared what is happening on the Kupyansk direction: The occupiers are trying to find weak points
In the Kupyansk direction, the situation remains difficult but controlled. The Russians, in small groups, are searching for weak spots in the Ukrainian defence with the goal of a future breakthrough.
At the same time, the enemy continues to prepare for an attempt to cross the Oskil River. This was reported by Vitaliy Hnylko, head of the communications department of the 77th separate airmobile brigade, on the air of the Kyiv24 channel.
"We can say that the situation is difficult but controlled. We are currently taking measures to ensure that the enemy cannot penetrate our battle formations, as they attempt to adhere to the tactics of small creeping assault groups, trying to infiltrate one or two servicemen at a time, studying the terrain, and in thick greenery, they are hard to detect. But we are doing everything possible to ensure they cannot get past us," he noted.

Hnylko also said that the approaches to Ukrainian positions are densely mined, and the occupiers tread the same paths, literally over the bodies of their "comrades" who went first and were blown up.
"For them, ’one-time attackers’ are the cheapest way to scout frontline positions," emphasized the head of the communications department of the 77th separate airmobile brigade.
According to him, the Russians are also continuing to prepare for an attempt to ford the Oskil.
"In the area of responsibility of our brigade, there have not been any such cases specifically, but the enemy is studying the terrain, moving one or two servicemen forward. This is their cheapest way to scout positions, to take cover. One or two enemies move forward and in various places, check to see where the weakest spots are, where they could pass through. Currently, in our area of responsibility, the enemy has made no such attempts. Apparently, they haven’t found where they can pass," Hnylko noted.
