The number of casualties from today’s Russian combined strike on Chernivtsi has increased to 26 people.

This was reported by the head of the Regional State Administration, Ruslan Zaparanyuk.

It is noted that seven people are currently in hospitals: three in serious condition, and four have undergone surgery. All other affected individuals received first aid from medical professionals at the site where the fragments of the enemy missile fell.

It is also reported that all specialized services continue their work at the site where the fragments of the downed missile fell: inspecting the area, clearing debris, and documenting war crimes committed by the Russian Federation against civilians.

"I emphasize! Do not ignore air raid signals! In case of an alert, proceed immediately to the nearest shelter!" - urged the head of the Regional State Administration.
