The murderer of the SSU colonel in Kyiv is named Hagani Gulalizada, and he is a citizen of Azerbaijan.

This was reported by journalist Yuriy Butusov.

According to him, the accomplice responsible for organizing the assassination is named Narmin Guliyeva — she is also Azerbaijani. Both, as claimed by Butusov, are connected to criminal circles in Russia.

Guliyeva entered Ukraine on May 15 from Moldova through the Mayaky-Udobne checkpoint. Hagani attempted to cross the border officially on February 27 through the same checkpoint, but he was banned from entering until 2030, so the killer was staying in Ukraine illegally.
