Maryna Radova was officially relieved of her duties as Head of the Tourism Department of the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA) following a loud scandal involving a party in a work office, which shook social networks and media.

Videos appeared on the internet showing employees of the KCSA Tourism Department having loud parties right in the office premises. The footage shows officials, including department head Maryna Radova, consuming alcohol, smoking vapes, and being in a state of severe intoxication during working hours.

The publication of the video caused a wide public outcry. After its release, Maryna Radova announced that she was submitting a resignation letter. Later, she changed her decision, claiming "psychological pressure" allegedly exerted on her by the deputy head of the KCSA, Marina Khonda. Radova publicly accused Khonda of interference and influence on her decision.

Despite the scandal and the promise to resign, on June 24, 2025, Maryna Radova appeared again in public as an active official. She participated in a meeting of the permanent commission of the Kyiv City Council on budget, socio-economic development, and investment activities.

The Mayor of Kyiv, Vitaliy Klychko, finally signed an order for Maryna Radova’s dismissal from the position of Head of the Tourism and Promotion Department of the KCSA. The document states that the dismissal occurred on July 16, 2025, at her own request and due to the necessity of caring for a child under 14 years of age.
