
Former Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine Oleksiy Lytvynenko, who was today replaced by Rustem Umerov, will go on diplomatic service.
This was reported by Member of Parliament Oleksiy Honcharenko.
According to him, Litvinenko will become the new Ambassador of Ukraine to Serbia. The official presidential decree on the appointment has not yet been published.
It should be recalled that Litvinenko headed the NSDC since February 2024. Previously, he worked in the intelligence directorate and also was the head of the National Institute for Strategic Studies.
