Svyrydenko announced new solutions to support defense, business, and reconstruction

The newly appointed Prime Minister of Ukraine, Yuliya Svyrydenko, stated that the government is preparing a series of decisions to strengthen defense capabilities, support businesses, and accelerate reconstruction.

She reported this in an interview with Suspilne.

Defence Industry. A new grant program for enterprises that produce ammunition and explosives will be launched next week. Deputy Prime Minister Mykhailo Fedorov and Defensce Minister Denys Shmyhal will be responsible for its implementation.

Reconstruction. An experimental project called "Design and Build" is being launched, which will allow for the immediate tendering for the design and construction of infrastructure projects on a turnkey basis. The priority is housing, medical facilities, and schools. The implementation will be overseen by OP Head Andriy Yermak, Government Commissioner for Reconstruction Dmytro Kuleba, and the Recovery Agency. The pilot duration is two years.

Business support. The Cabinet is preparing a decision to introduce a one-year moratorium on business inspections. Svyrydenko emphasized that the initiative is agreed upon with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. An audit of all criminal cases against entrepreneurs is also planned—unjustified cases will be closed. Additionally, the powers of tax and customs services regarding inspections will be limited.

Svyrydenko emphasized that the main goal is to ensure the resilience of the economy during the war and to create conditions for its rapid recovery after victory.
