Lavrov: "Our conditions for peace – no involvement of Ukraine or NATO expansion"
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov claims that "Ukraine is not joining NATO."
Russian media report this.
"The goals will be achieved. We insist on what is our legitimate demand, namely ensuring our security. There is no joining of Ukraine to NATO, nor any expansion of NATO at all. It has already expanded right up to our borders, contrary to all promises and agreed documents," stated the minister of the aggressor country.
