Russia attacked Ukraine with dozens of drones: Air Defence Forces neutralized 51 UAVs
On the night of July 30, the Russian army launched 78 drones at Ukraine from three directions. Among the enemy UAVs were jet-powered.
This is reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Telegram.
The occupiers launched 78 strike drones and simulator UAVs from three directions: Orel, Kursk, and Hvardiyske in Crimea. The attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare and UAV units, and mobile firing groups of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
The air defense forces neutralized 51 enemy drones in the north and east of the country.
The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine noted that a distinctive feature of the night attack was the use of up to 8 jet-powered UAVs by the enemy in the northern direction.
There were hits from 27 drones at seven locations and the fall of downed debris at two locations.
