Night attack on Kyiv: the number of victims increased to 11
As of 16:45 on July 31, the number of casualties from the Russian combined attack on Kyiv has risen to 11 people, reports the National Police.
Among the dead is one child.
An additional 135 residents of the capital sustained injuries of varying severity. The attack occurred overnight from July 30 to 31 and included a massive rocket barrage.
Rescue workers, medical personnel, and law enforcement are working at the scene of the tragedy. Kyiv authorities urge residents not to ignore air raid signals and to stay in shelters during attacks.
