NABU again summons for questioning two suspects in the case of Mindich’s relative
NABU once again summons the former director of general affairs of JSC "Kharkivoblenergo," Dmytro Myrnyi, and the director of LLC "Kharkiv Electrotechnical Plant ’Energomir’," Roman Shabanov, for procedural actions in the case concerning the scheme to seize JSC "Kharkivoblenergo" for the amount of 12.5 million UAH and the attempted seizure of another 120 million UAH of the company’s funds, in which suspicion was received by Leonid Mindich.
The corresponding summonses have been published on the website of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau.
"According to the requirements of Articles 133, 135 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, you, Dmytro Myrnyi, are required to appear on July 31, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. to NABU’s detective to participate in procedural actions as a suspect in a criminal proceeding, which is being investigated for signs of criminal offenses as provided for by Part 5 Article 191, Part 3 Article 15, Part 5 Article 191, and Part 2 Article 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. According to the requirements of Articles 133, 135 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, you, Roman Shabanov, are required to appear on July 31, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.," the documents state.
