The HACC has reduced the bail for the former deputy head of the KCSA Olenych for the second time
The High Anti-Corruption Court reduced the bail amount from 14 to 13 million UAH set for the former Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration, Petro Olenych.
NABU and SAPO suspect him of involvement in the land case of businessman Denys Komarnytskyi.
This decision was made by the HACC on July 22.
It is known that the High Anti-Corruption Court arrested Olenych with the option of bail set at 15 million UAH. This amount was paid, and he was released from custody. Later, the bail was reduced to 14 million UAH. Olenych’s defence again filed a motion to change the preventive measure.
«The motion is partially granted. The preventive measure in the form of bail, applied to the suspect (Olenych, – ed.) and modified by the investigative judge’s ruling on 07.05.2025 in the amount of 14,000,000 UAH, is changed to a preventive measure in the form of bail in the amount of 13,000,000 UAH», – the decision states.
