Shooting in Cherkasy: Police report that the suspect has been detained

In Cherkasy, police detained a man for shooting in McDonald’s.

According to the National Police, around 11:00, a man entered the premises, fired several shots from a weapon, injuring himself in the process, and then locked himself in the restroom.

With the help of the KORD special unit, he was detained; there are no other casualties. The injured man was hospitalized.
