Zelenskyy: Trump supported Ukraine’s security guarantees, trilateral meeting being prepared

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that during a conversation with US President Donald Trump, security guarantees for Ukraine were discussed, which Trump supported.

According to Zelenskyy, Ukraine and the EU have agreed on five principles that could form the basis for a ceasefire. The President also proposed organizing a trilateral meeting involving himself, Trump, and Russian President Vladimir Putin.

«Trump told me that after meeting with Putin in Alaska, he will call, and we will determine the next steps,» Zelenskyy reported.
