This fall, the option for online divorce will appear in «Diya».

This was announced by the head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, Fedorov.

According to the head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, initially «Diya» will try to dissuade you using gamification, which will help you carefully consider whether this is really necessary.

The process will be organized as follows:

– authorization in «Diya»;

– filling out an online divorce application;

– payment of the administrative fee;

– waiting for 1 month;

– confirmation of the divorce through «Diya» and receiving a digital document.
