«Ukrbud» has changed ownership: 66% of the shares now belong to LLC «Bilart» of the Astion brothers

66% of the shares of the construction company «Ukrbud» now belong to LLC «Bilart», owned by brothers Vasyl and Yevhen Astion.

Previously, 100% of the company was owned by Maryna Ayab (born in 1994, Zhovti Vody). The sale of the share for 805 million UAH took place on August 5, but settlements have not yet been completed due to court restrictions and prohibitions.

Financial documents for the auction were signed by Mykyta Tarkovskyi together with Ayab. Tarkovsky represents the interests of Mykytas’s wife in court and is associated with the developer’s companies.

It is worth noting that Mykola Astion, the father of Vasyl and Yevhen, previously headed the Kyiv UBOP during the Gongadze case and later managed several regional administrations. His sons are currently engaged in agribusiness through «Dnipro Agro Group».
