Russian troops struck the village of Novoraysk in the Kherson region, resulting in the death of a civilian.
This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
At the time of the attack, the man was outside. The identity of the deceased is being established by the relevant services.
