The Meest group of companies, owned by Ukrainian-Canadian businessman Rostyslav Kisil, published a denial regarding cooperation with Russians through the British straw company Oddisey ltd. However, the facts investigated by the researchers contradict the position of the international postal operator.

Oddisey — is the official representative of Meest. They operate in the same building (Ukayexpress Unit 1 Cromwell Industrial Estate, Staffa Road, E10 7QZ, London, United Kingdom). Moreover, they share a director.

Following the public outcry, Meest released a statement confirming that one of the owners of Meest UK ltd — Mykhaylo Prykhodko, who is also the owner of Oddisey ltd.

However, it was reported that Oddisey ltd is not a partner of the Meest group.

In response, Oddisey ltd provided written confirmation (attached below), stating that Oddisey ltd has no connections, contractual relations, or any business involvement with any legal entities registered in the Russian Federation… Meest categorically denies any cooperation with the Russian Federation and confirms its steadfast adherence to the international sanctions regime.
The release states

Meanwhile, even an analysis of the website ukayshopping.com, owned by the director of Meest UK Mykhaylo Prykhodko (who is also the founder of Oddisey ltd, which is hidden under this TM), demonstrates cooperation with the aggressor country.

The description of the Telegram channel @UkayshoppingLondonE10 states: “Delivery of goods and clothing from England to Russia, Ukraine, and other countries. Official partner of Russian Post, Meest Express”.

The Ukay website states that items cannot be sent to Russia due to the sanctions lists.

Furthermore, it is explicitly stated that Oddisey ltd has been a partner of the Ukrainian-Canadian group Meest Rostyslav Kisil for over 6 years.
