The Kyiv City Military Administration is considering the possibility of taxi services operating during the curfew

The Kyiv City Military Administration has received a request from taxi services Bolt, Uklon, and Uber regarding the possibility of providing nighttime transportation during the curfew.

This information was reported by the head of the KCMA, Tymur Tkachenko.

«We understand the needs of people, but I want to emphasize: the safety of the capital comes first. All «gray schemes,» illegal passes, and the shadow market of nighttime taxis will be eliminated,» — he stated.

According to Tkachenko, cooperation is currently underway with law enforcement and security agencies to develop a clear and transparent mechanism.

«And if nighttime transportation is allowed, it will only be on legal grounds, under strict supervision and control,» — emphasized the head of the KCMA.

He also noted that the administration will not allow disorder: «There will be no chaos in Kyiv. There will be order in Kyiv.»
