The Armed Forces of Ukraine raised flags over villages in the Kursk region
On the Day of the National Flag of Ukraine, Ukrainian military raised flags over the settlements of Hornal and Huevo in the Sudzhanskyi district of the Kursk region. Historically, this is the territory of Ukrainian Sloboda Ukraine.
This is reported by the Telegram channel of the unmanned systems battalion "RUGBY TEAM" of the 129th separate heavy mechanized brigade.
"In honor of the Day of the National Flag of Ukraine, operators of the unmanned systems battalion ’RUGBY TEAM’ of the 129th SHMB raised blue and yellow flags on the ethnic lands belonging to Ukrainian Sloboda Ukraine. They are now flying over Hornal and Huevo - as a symbol of resilience, as a reminder to the enemy: Ukraine always remembers and reclaims its own," the message states.
