New Ukrainian missile: Ukrainian Armed Forces likely tested winged Neptune missile for ground targets

External sources have suggested that this might be the first demonstration of a modification of the Ukrainian «Neptune» missile, originally designed for striking naval targets but, according to statements, upgraded for attacks on ground targets.
Sources report that this missile was tested as early as March, and it is capable of hitting targets at a distance of up to 1000 km.
