Fedorov announced 6 new services in "Diya"

Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov announced that six new services will soon be available in the "Diya" digital state services app.

He reported this on Telegram on August 26.

In the near future, the following will appear in "Diya":

• AI Assistant. According to the minister, this will be the world’s first national assistant to provide state services.

"The first service is a certificate of income. Later, you will be able to receive consultations and state services by simply writing your request in a chat in natural language," he added.

• eNotary. According to Fedorov, Ukrainians will be able to receive notary services online.
• eExcise. According to the head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, Ukraine loses about 30 billion hryvnias annually due to unpaid taxes on alcohol and tobacco.

"We will carry out a digital transformation of the sector and replace the paper excise stamp with an electronic one. Ukrainians will be able to check the legality of products in ’Diya’ by simply scanning the electronic stamp," he said.

• Path of the Wounded. As the minister explained, this will be a comprehensive service for military personnel and their families. The entire process will be online, and interaction with state authorities will be automatic.
• Basic Social Assistance. Fedorov says this service will combine all social payments into one. Applications will be submitted through "Diya" without paper bureaucracy. The digital state services portal team has already started beta testing the service.
• Certificate of No Criminal Record with Apostille. According to him, the Ministry of Digital Transformation team, together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, is working to make it possible to order this document in "Diya" with delivery. Currently, it can only be obtained at one address in Kyiv — the new service will address this inconvenience.
