Zakarpattia Madyar, who commands a drone unit, was likely sanctioned by Hungary

Ukrainian and Hungarian media speculate that Hungary has restricted entry to the Schengen area for the Commander of the UAV Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Robert Brovdi (Madyar).

On his social media pages, Madyar reported attacks on the Druzhba oil pipeline, an oil pumping station in the city of Unecha in the Bryansk region, as well as other targets on the territory of Russia.

It is worth noting that Brovdi is from Zakarpattia and is Hungarian by nationality.
