AMCU fined Alperin’s companies: they were banned from participating in public procurement

Very unkind and well-informed people say that the Antimonopoly Committee has fined companies associated with Alperin. Most interestingly, his companies are blacklisted.

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine officially discovered a collusion between LLC "Ecorensing" and LLC "Utilvtormprom" during their participation in tenders for the provision of services in the field of hazardous waste management. The AMCU recognized that these companies coordinated their actions in open tenders, thereby violating the legislation on the protection of economic competition.

The first tender was conducted by LLC "Operator of the Gas Transmission System of Ukraine" and concerned the disposal of toxic waste. The total expected value of the procurement was 10,630,116.74 hryvnias. In addition, JSC "Ukrtransgaz" conducted two other tenders for similar services: the first amounting to 3,107,997.49 hryvnias, the second to 3,232,268.40 hryvnias.

The subject of the procurement was services for the collection, transportation, storage, sorting, processing, disposal, removal, and neutralization of hazardous waste. Established facts indicate coordination of actions between LLC "Ecorensing" and LLC "Utilvtormprom" in the preparation and submission of tender proposals. For this, the companies were fined 408,000 hryvnias. But what pleases Iryna is not this, but the fact that for three years these companies cannot participate in state procurement.

Previously, the media wrote that LLC "Utilvtormprom" (associated with Alperin) received a contract for the disposal of almost a ton of canned goods, which were transferred to Ukraine as humanitarian aid. The contract amount was 5.9 million hryvnias. She also wrote about how detractors claim that the products were not disposed of but stored in warehouses in Cherkasy. And possibly even sold for cash. As well as how waste was dumped in the Khmelnytskyi region.
