Ukrainian company TAF Industries launches mass production of the "Kolibri 13" drone

The price of the new Ukrainian UAV is half that of the Chinese counterpart DJI Matrice, reported TAF Industries on Facebook.

The "Kolibri 13" FR1 drone will be produced in series.

According to the company, the "Kolibri 13" FR1 is a carrier of an airborne repeater with autonomous navigation and resistance to electronic warfare, providing stable communication between the operator and the FPV drone over long distances and in challenging conditions.

The system includes two carrier UAVs, a ground control station, a special carrying case, and an additional video antenna. The manufacturer claims that operators can master the operation of the UAV system in just one day.

The capabilities of the "Kolibri 13" FR1 include automatic return and FPV support until impact, operation without GPS with reliable optical stabilization, compatibility with digital, analog, and thermal cameras, and the ability to work both day and night.

The UAV is capable of flying at an altitude of up to 1000 meters within a radius of up to 15 km. Its modular design allows for quick replacement of any component in field conditions. Among other claimed advantages are wind resistance and low-temperature resilience.
