Syrskyi: In August, the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated 28,790 Russian invaders
In August 2025, the losses of the Russian army in the war against Ukraine in terms of personnel amounted to 28,790 people.
This was reported by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, on Facebook, where he also published a video.
"The Defence Forces of Ukraine continue to destroy the Russian enemy, bringing a just peace closer to our country," Syrskyi noted.
According to him, in August alone, the losses of the Russian invaders in terms of personnel amounted to 28,790 people.
Syrskyi thanked Ukrainian soldiers for their professionalism.
