In Kharkiv, Dmytro Yefymenko, who has been diagnosed with a lifelong condition of «oligophrenia», was mobilized.

This was reported by local communities.

According to their information, Yefymenko was sent to the Military Medical Commission without a preliminary examination – the documents were signed by staff on his behalf. Currently, Dmytro is in a training unit.
