In Ukraine, the National Association of Lobbyists has been established

On September 1, the Lobbyist Transparency Register officially began functioning in Ukraine. This came as a result of the adoption of the lobbying law, which is considered an important step for the development of a civilized lobbying culture.

The National Association of Lobbyists of Ukraine is a professional organization intended to become the sole regulator of the industry and the foundation for the future profession of a lobbyist.

The Association includes well-known lawyers and lobbyists:

•  Olha Prosyanyuk
• Oleksandr Leshchenko
• Oleksandr Chernykh
• Head of the National Association of Insolvency Practitioners, lawyer Oleksandr Bondarchuk
• Internationally recognized lobbyist Artem Samorodov

The Association already has representations in London and Zurich.

A press conference will be held shortly with the participation of government representatives, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP), diplomatic and parliamentary corps, embassies, and leading market players.
