After the "Spider Web" special operation, Russia was forced to relocate its strategic aviation to the Far East - to the "Ukrainka" airfield, which complicated strikes on Ukraine.

This was stated by the head of the SSU, Vasyl Malyuk.

"They were forced to move their strategic aircraft to the easternmost point - the ’Ukrainka’ airfield. And now, to get closer to Ukrainian territory, to launch sites, they need to cover a very long distance," Malyuk said.

He added that such flights wear out the parts and resources of Russian aircraft.

The head of the SSU also noted that as a result of "Spider Web," Russia is using fewer aircraft during the subsequent missile and drone strikes on Ukraine.
