"In Kyiv, civilian infrastructure has been damaged, including 4 residential high-rise buildings. In the Sviatoshynskyi district, firefighting and debris clearance are ongoing. There is a collapse of part of a building," said Minister Ihor Klymenko.

According to him, in the Sviatoshynskyi district, two people have died - a woman with a two-month-old child.

"It is likely that there are still people under the rubble. Over 20 people have been injured," he added.
