Ukrainian military continue their successful operations deep in enemy territory, including precise strikes on Russia’s oil refineries. This week alone, five key refineries were attacked, causing panic in the Kremlin.

According to the President of Ukraine, new "deep" strikes will continue.

August became the worst month for Russian oil refining since the full-scale invasion: Ukrainian forces systematically and continuously disabled refineries in Russia for the first time. Throughout the month, the Krasnodar, Syzran, Afipsky, Kuibyshev, and Ilsky refineries were hit, along with strategic sites on Independence Day and August 19th, including the Volgograd refinery. Additionally, Ukrainian UAVs repeatedly attacked the Saratov, Ryazan, and Novokuibyshev refineries.

According to experts, up to 30% of Russia’s oil industry capacities have been rendered inoperative to date. This significantly impacts logistics, trade, and fuel prices, driving inflationary pressure.
