The Ministry of Defence explained how TRC video cameras will help avoid conflicts

Starting from September 1, military personnel of the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers working in population notification groups are required to use body cameras.

During "raids," employees of the TRC and SS will conduct continuous video recording and must inform about it at the beginning of the conversation, as stated by the spokesperson of the Ministry of Defence, Orest Drymalovskyi.

He reminded that members of the notification group are strictly prohibited from deleting recordings, altering them, turning off the camera, obstructing the recording, or transferring the videos to third parties.

Video materials will be stored on a centralized secure server administered by the military law enforcement service.

The use of body cameras will contribute to disciplining all participants in the process, both representatives of the TRC and SS and citizens, noted the spokesperson of the defense agency. In case of conflicts or provocations, the recordings, as emphasized by Orest Drymalovskyi, will serve as an objective source of information.
