In the Kyiv region, ammunition exploded during transportation, — media

An explosion of ammunition occurred in the Kyiv region near the village of Kalynivka, sources of "Dzerkalo Tyzhnia" reported.

According to their information, the detonation started during transportation by railway. At the time of the incident, a train traveling from Kharkiv to Przemyśl was passing nearby on the route. The explosion damaged the contact network, and the train was forced to make an emergency stop.

Hundreds of passengers were evacuated to the nearest forest strip. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties.

The authorities have not officially confirmed the explosion of ammunition. At the same time, they reported damage to the railway, particularly in the area of Boyarka station, due to which the routes of many trains have been changed (as seen in the screenshots).
