A veteran with a disability reported being beaten by employees of the TRC in the Cherkasy region

A war veteran with a 3rd group disability reported that the employees of the TRC in the Cherkasy region beat him.

According to him, upon going outside in the village of Stebliv, he noticed scattered belongings on the road, an abandoned bicycle, and heard screams coming from a car with Lithuanian license plates.

He opened the car door and received a spray of gas from a canister in the face, after which he was brutally beaten. The blows were directed at the neck and back of the head, where he has plates installed after surgery.
