The Cabinet of Ministers introduced additional assistance for internally displaced persons of working age

Some IDPs will receive a "seventh" payment.

This was reported by Deputy Honcharenko, referring to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers.

According to him, currently, living assistance for IDPs is paid for 6 months, but now an additional "seventh" payment has been added – a bonus at the end of the period in the amount of one month’s aid.

This payment will be available only to working-age displaced persons who officially worked or registered as individual entrepreneurs after relocation and continued doing so for all 6 months.

The government also decided that in the winter of 2025, IDP families in regions on the frontline will be able to receive additional support for purchasing solid fuel.

In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers extended the experimental project for the distribution of humanitarian aid in the form of liquefied gas until May 1, 2026.

This aid will be available to households in the Donetsk, Kharkiv, Kherson, Sumy, and Zaporizhzhya regions.
