Molchanova refused to pay the 100 million bail and remains under investigation without restrictions

The suspect in the case of corrupt land acquisition at the "Stolychnyi" market, Vladyslava Molchanova, refused to pay a bail of 100 million hryvnias.

After the preventive measure was chosen, she stated that she fundamentally would not pay the bail. For another figure in the case, the director of "Oilsi" LLC, Yuriy Tsvihun, a bail of 5 million hryvnias was paid. He was released from the pre-trial detention center and is now under obligations, including surrendering his passport and wearing a monitoring bracelet.

Additionally, over 9 million hryvnias in bail was paid for the executive director of "Dilvai" LLC, Anton Arefyev, though he was not in custody.
