In an interview with The Telegraph, he emphasized that only Ukraine can make decisions regarding territorial concessions.

Trump’s special representative stressed that Putin is a "KGB agent" and thinks expansionistically, like Hitler before World War II.

In Kellogg’s opinion, Russia must be stopped now, otherwise it will advance further into NATO countries.
