Kyiv’s "V Agro" increases billion-dollar revenues during the war

An interesting enterprise in Kyiv is "V Agro," which is involved in the "export" of grain.

After the war began, the new owners of the company became Artem Dehtyar and Mykhaylo Voronych. Also, JSC "CN-DVCIF ’Graal’" became part of the founders, which they also manage. Voronych is a former manager of LLC "Pyryatinskyi Cheese Factory".

According to our sources, in 2022, Mykhaylo Voronych, having significant debts, bought time from creditors and began to "absorb" the grain market under form 2 and form 1. The main partner on paper is Yuriy Karmyshkin (Mykolaiv).

Provision and issuance under form 2 is provided by Mr. Converter from Odesa — Viktor Chukh.

The company’s revenue grew from 7.7 billion UAH in 2023 to 20.17 billion in 2024.

The Bureau of Economic Security is aware of this scheme. Searches were conducted under Article 212 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, but the investigation has not been completed. It is said that the leadership of the State Tax Service in Kyiv provides "protection." Also, LLC "Agrovera" is registered to Voronych and Dehtyar.
