Chief engineer of "Suspilne Kherson" Vadym Khomenko was blown up by a mine

Today, at approximately 11:00, in the central part of Kherson, the chief engineer of "Suspilne Kherson" Vadym Khomenko was injured by a Russian "petal" mine.

Colleagues who were nearby promptly provided first aid, applied a tourniquet, and quickly transported him to the hospital.

"As a result of the detonation, Vadym suffered an explosive injury, skin damage, injuries to other parts of the leg, and a shrapnel wound to the leg (bone fracture)," the statement said.

Mykhaylo Svarychevskyi also reported that the surgery went well, and Vadym Khomenko’s condition is currently stable.
