Ukrainian air defence destroyed 150 out of 176 enemy drones overnight
On the night of September 25, Ukrainian air defence neutralized 150 Russian drones. In total, the enemy launched 176 drones.
This was reported by the Air Force.
"On the night of September 25 (from 6:00 PM on September 24), the enemy attacked with 176 strike UAVs of the Shahed type, "Herbera," and other types of drones from the directions of: Kursk, Orel, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk – Russia, Chauda - TOT of Crimea, about 100 of them – "Shaheds", – they reported there.
The air assault was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and unmanned systems, as well as mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defence Forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 08:30, air defence shot down or suppressed 150 enemy UAVs of the Shahed type, "Herbera," and other types of drones in the north, south, east, and center of the country.
Strikes by 13 UAVs were recorded at 8 locations, as well as the fall of downed debris at 1 location.
The Air Force noted that as of 08:40 the attack is ongoing, with new groups of strike UAVs entering from the north.
