Russians shelled 21 settlement in the Chernihiv region: there is one injured

During the past day, Russian forces carried out 36 attacks on the territory of the Chernihiv region. Twenty-one settlements were affected.

This was reported by the head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, Vyacheslav Chaus.

In the Chernihiv district, the enemy once again attacked energy infrastructure facilities. Restoration work is ongoing in the regional center. An agricultural enterprise also came under fire, resulting in a fire, which was promptly extinguished by rescuers.

In the Novhorod-Siverskyi district, an enemy FPV drone hit a local resident’s yard. A 32-year-old man was injured and is in the hospital in moderate condition.

In the Koriukivskyi district, a drone attack damaged a household, and a barn burned down.

Regional authorities and emergency services continue to work on eliminating the consequences of the shelling and providing assistance to the affected.
