Situation on the front: AFU repelled over 100 attacks, the fiercest battles continue in the Pokrovsk direction

Since the beginning of this day, 109 combat engagements have occurred on the front.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The invaders launched one missile strike and 58 airstrikes, used 50 missiles, and dropped 108 guided aerial bombs. In addition, the Russians deployed 2,706 kamikaze drones for attacks and conducted 3,391 shellings of our troops’ positions and populated areas.

In the North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, since the beginning of the day, Ukrainian warriors have repelled six assault actions by the occupiers, with one more battle ongoing.

The enemy also carried out four airstrikes, dropping eight guided aerial bombs, and conducted 130 shellings, seven of which were from multiple launch rocket systems.

In the South-Slobozhanskyi direction, the enemy attacked the positions of Ukrainian defenders four times in the areas of Vovchansk, Ambarne, and Kamyanka, with three combat engagements still ongoing.

In the Kupyansk direction, enemy units carried out three assault actions, attempting to break through to our defenders’ positions in the areas of Kupiansk and Zahryzove, with one combat engagement still ongoing.

In the Lyman direction, since the beginning of the day, Russian invaders attacked Ukrainian positions four times in the areas of Torske, Derylove, Shandryholove, and towards Stavky.

In the Siversk direction, the enemy attempted to break through eight times near Fedorivka, Hryhorivka, Serebrianka, and towards Yampol and Dronivka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, one combat engagement was recorded, with enemy units attempting to advance towards Predtechyne.

In the Toretsk direction, the Russians attacked the positions of the Defence Forces seven times. The occupiers concentrated their offensive efforts in the areas of Shcherbynivka, Stepanivka, Pleshchiivka, Poltavka, Oleksandro-Kalynove, and Rusyn Yar. Two combat engagements are still ongoing.

Since the beginning of the day, in the Pokrovsk direction, Russian units attempted to break through Ukrainian defenses 41 times in the areas of Volodymyrivka, Chervonyi Lyman, Nikanorivka, Lysivka, Zvirove, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Novoekonomichne, Filiia, and towards Myrnohrad, Rodynske, and Balahan. Battles continue in six locations.

The Defence Forces are holding back enemy assaults, and the enemy is suffering significant losses—today, in this direction, 152 occupiers were neutralized, 96 of them irreversibly. Our defenders destroyed three units of automotive equipment and 32 unmanned aerial vehicles. Additionally, three artillery systems, two tanks, and six vehicles were significantly damaged. Ukrainian defenders also struck eight personnel shelters.

In the Novopavlivka direction, Ukrainian units stopped 10 enemy attacks on our troops’ positions in the areas of Ternove, Piddubne, Maliivka, Novomykolaivka, Verbove, and towards Andriivka-Klevtsove, with three combat engagements still ongoing.

In the Huliaipole direction, our defenders repelled two enemy attacks in the Poltavka area. Enemy aviation struck Zаliznychne and Novoselivka.

In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy did not conduct any offensive actions.

In the Prydniprovskyi direction, the enemy made two unsuccessful attempts to advance, suffering losses. At the same time, the enemy carried out an airstrike on the settlement of Olhivka.

"Today, it is worth noting the soldiers of the 426th Separate Unmanned Systems Battalion, who are effectively countering the enemy," the General Staff stated.
