Politicians’ rating: Zaluzhnyi and Biletskyi show the highest support dynamics

The Center for Social and Marketing Research Socis and the publication "Barometer of Public Sentiments" have published the ranking of politicians and political forces in September 2025: the top five include three representatives of the Defence and Security Forces.

Specifically, if elections to the Verkhovna Rada were to take place in the near future, the conditional party of Valeriy Zaluzhnyi would receive the most votes – 31.8%. Following are the "Volodymyr Zelenskyy Bloc" (19.1%), "Petro Poroshenko Bloc" (8.2%), "Kyrylo Budanov Bloc" (7.8%), and "Andriy Biletskyi Bloc" (7.4%). Compared to a similar Socis study in June 2025, the ratings of Zaluzhnyi and Biletskyi showed the highest growth: plus 1.7% and 1.4%, respectively.

In presidential elections, if they were to take place in the near future, the situation is similar, except for the leader – Volodymyr Zelenskyy takes the lead, with 29.2% of respondents voting for him. Following are Valeriy Zaluzhnyi (26.6%), Petro Poroshenko (7.7%), Kyrylo Budanov (6.7%), and Andriy Biletskyi (5%).

In terms of public trust, the top five leaders are: Zaluzhny (44.5%), Budanov (30.8%), Zelenskyy (25%), Head of the SSU Vasyl Malyuk (18.7%), and Biletskyi (12.6%).
