Today, October 2, tickets for Ukrzaliznytsia trains can only be obtained at ticket offices at railway stations. Online sales are temporarily unavailable due to technical issues.

The company reported a temporary technical failure in the internet provider’s system. Due to this, the official website and the ticket purchasing app are currently unavailable.

"The company’s online services, including the ticket purchasing app and the official website, are temporarily not working," the statement said.

The company assured that the operation of online services will be restored as soon as possible. For now, tickets can be purchased at railway station ticket offices.
