In the territory of the Luhansk region, which is under occupation, the Russian authorities have banned men of conscription age from leaving the region.

This was stated by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Oleksiy Kharchenko.

«Forced mobilization in the so-called “LPR” has intensified. The occupying authorities have prohibited men of conscription age from leaving the borders of Luhansk,» he noted on his Telegram channel.

According to the Regional Military Administration, the restrictions are already being applied at the border crossing between the so-called “LPR” and the Rostov region of Russia for men.
