Starting from 2026, divorces in Ukraine will be available online through "Diya"

Starting from 2026, divorce can be processed online – the government has approved the resolution.

This was announced by Prime Minister Svyrydenko.

The divorce procedure will be carried out through «Diya».

Who is eligible for online divorce:

– mutually agreed to terminate the marriage;

– do not have minor children together;

– are citizens of Ukraine.

The service will be paid, just like the standard procedure at the Civil Registry Office.
