The commander of the unmanned systems battalion of the 29th Separate Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade, with the call sign «HAM», stated that mobilized individuals have to spend significant amounts immediately upon being drafted.

According to him, this amounts to approximately $5,000, which goes towards purchasing clothing, underwear, uniforms, spare gear, as well as equipment — including Starlink, a generator, and even a mattress.
