Associate of Poroshenko, diplomat Kostyantyn Yeliseyev, has fled Ukraine — Media

Diplomat Kostyantyn Yeliseyev, who is accused in the case of the "Kharkiv Agreements," has left Ukraine. According to sources, Yeliseev crossed the border at the Ustyluh checkpoint, presenting documents about an alleged business trip from the company PJSC "PK Podillya," registered in the town of Kryzhopil, Vinnytsia region.

Yeliseyev is an associate of Ukraine’s fifth president, Petro Poroshenko, and previously held the position of deputy head of the Presidential Administration.
