Enemy losses for the day: The AFU neutralized 730 occupiers and 5 tanks
Ukrainian defenders reduced the number of the Russian occupying army by 730 invaders over the past day. The total combat losses of Russia in personnel amount to 1,128,030 individuals.
Enemy equipment and weaponry were also destroyed. The updated data on Russian losses were released by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Russian losses over the past day and throughout the full-scale invasion
In addition to the personnel of the enemy army, on October 16, Ukrainian defenders destroyed five Russian tanks (a total of 11,266), 10 armored fighting vehicles (23,394), 35 artillery systems (33,748), one air defence system (1,228), and 588 operational-tactical level UAVs (71,025).
Five cruise missiles (3,864), 73 units of automotive and fuel tanker equipment (64,541), and one piece of special equipment (3,978) were also destroyed.
During the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russia has also lost 1,520 MLRS, 427 aircraft, 346 helicopters, 28 ships, and a submarine.
